After four interviews with 10 different people, and almost two weeks of being ignored by the hiring manager and the talent manager, the organization sent me a form rejection email.
During the interview process, I was asked questions that both discriminated against my age (How would you feel about having direct reports that are older than you?) and my education level ("We don't think highly of people with multiple degrees here." I have a Masters degree, as per the "preferred requirements" of the job post).
They also solicited recommendations using a pushy online system that may have jeopardized my relationships with former colleagues.
This was the most disrespectful interview process I've been through in my 15+ years of interviewing.
