First Interview- Panel style interview focused mostly on examples of how you'd handle challenges in the past, how you adjust to change, nothing really technical, but have examples of projects you've worked on and how they have made you a better leader, problem solver, team mate, and how to manage and prioritize task. I find it best to use the STAR method for answer questions!
