Interview
The application process includes application submission (CV + Cover Letter), 1st round interview (behavioural & motivational + market sizing case), final round (panel presentation). The 1st round interview was well structured, I was interviewed by a consultant and a senior consultant and they were very friendly. For the first part, I was asked the usual motivational questions and the market sizing case was on TMT. It was not really that hard but I would recommend to practice fundamentals and research the telecom industry to use realistic estimations. HR is very friendly as well and responds promptly with feedback.
