I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at STM Journals (Noida) in May 2026
Interview
I attended an interview through an employee referral. The process was very unstructured and time-consuming. I reached around 11:45 AM but the interview started after several hours of waiting without a clear timeline.
Candidates were asked to complete multiple forms, a research-based test, and two interview rounds. During the later stage, I was asked to work on actual company data involving large datasets, dashboard analysis, and multiple reporting tasks, which felt more like real work rather than an evaluation exercise.
The overall process lasted nearly 6 hours, with unclear communication and expectations. The experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional at times.
Suggestion to management:
Please respect candidates’ time and keep interview assessments limited to reasonable evaluation tasks instead of extensive operational work.
