I applied for PHP Developer. They asked me to complete a test related to PHP and MYSQL. Then, after a few minutes, the interviewer came and he was un-prepared the moment he came and sat scrolling his phone after a moment he asked what is your name? then again scrolling, and then he asked about the last degree, and it happened 3/4 times. Then he said we need a senior Laravel developer. Even though the test doesn't contain a single Laravel question. I asked him, "If didn't match the requirement then why you guys shortlisted me?" he said "Sorry"
