I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SYSTEMIQ
Interview
I did not feel good. It was kind of aggressive, with a speech like ‘you are good or you are not good,’ almost meritocracy-like. The tone left little space for dialogue or reflection, and it felt more like a judgment than a constructive conversation. Instead of exploring my skills or potential, the focus seemed to be only on categorizing performance in a rigid way. This approach made the environment tense and discouraging, rather than motivating. Overall, the interview did not create a positive experience and I did not want to continue in the job position selection process.

Describe a project
Interview process was quite long - I accepted a different offer before they'd finished. First round interviews were ok, I was coming from a software background so got a lot of questions asking why I'm interested in this area
