BY PHONE, OR SKYPE CALL, through that the employer and employee can get to know each other on several aspects, but it can not show 100% the exact character of the employee , always 3 month trial will be also helpfull to get to know the best out of each other, how can employee get the best of his qualification and implement in the work,and also for the employer to get the best out of the employee and develop together,
