I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SafetyWing in Feb 2026
Interview
The whole thing was conducted online. I have run through more than five rounds, and I find it to be very difficult. They wanted me to show them data and exact numbers from my past job, but I really couldn't due to NDAs.
The team seems friendly, though.

Question 1
What is one mistake you have made in the past, and how do you prevent it from happening again in the future?
Good balance between skill focus and culture fit. I felt the company was keen to get to know me as a person. It ended with a test task and a deep conversation on how I'd operate within the company.

Interview
4 rounds of interview for an intern position, rejected after 3 rounds. No technical quesitons asked, just vibes pretty much. They're all super friendly and easy to talk to. Was overall a normal experience but took too much out of me.
