first contact by phone, then you are invited for an interview in front of a HR and 4 manager to see your motivation and learn about you. Then you have to attend psychotechnical tests. And finally you are invited to the company for another inteview. They say they will call you back but they don't unless they are interested by you.

After 3-4 days i received an email that i have been shortlisted for post of trainee mechanical engineer.
The written test was scheduled on safran campus ambalipura.

Question 1
It consisted of 50 question of MCQ type and there's no negative marking for 1 hour.
Basically they ask about 10 aeronautics question, 10 question from DI, and other question from Mechanical Engineering
