I applied online. I interviewed at Sage in Jun 2021
Interview
Firstly, I submitted video statements in response to questions online. The questions were timed, and many related to personal skills and qualities, such as teamwork, collaboration and adaptability. There was also questions on why I wanted to work for Sage and why I was applying for that particular role.
I was then invited to attend an assessment centre (online) during which there was an opportunity to meet the hiring managers, partake in a group activity and a formal interview to conclude with a presentation on 'Why Me?'.
The process was made as enjoyable as possible and every effort was made to ensure that candidates were made to feel comfortable.
