My experience was friendly, positive and flexible in terms of schedules. Good vibes going in - you can tell they care about their residents and make finding the right candidate a thorough process. Polite staff, very modern & clean grounds, pleasant director.

Why was I interested in working with the senior community? My entire work history revolves around financial and office work. Also, do I have any experience with seniors?

Interview
There was a phone screening and one in office interview with several members of the team. They were very pleasant and cordial. Overall the process felt very quick and maybe even somewhat rushed.
