Simple phone screening. Basic overview of the program and description of what to expect. The HR screening was interactive making it an even easier process. Questions about relocation, why st gobbain, how did you hear about us
Applied online through the website and then received an in-person interview with staff a few days later. The interview questions were mainly behavioral. The people were very polite and let me take my time answering questions.

Two interviews, one with each location. Each interview was with a panel of three employees. It was not as formal as some other interviews as it was more of a "get to know you" type of discussion.
