Very slow and deliberate process that started with recruiter phone interview; followed by phone interviews with potential managers; followed by 1/2-day group interviews; finished with an interview with Plant Manager. Very slow process that at times I wondered if they were even interested.

No surprises in terms of questions - not gotchas; focused on cultural fit; team work; problem solving; and being able to handle a slow but deliberate moving company- patience.
Interview process took approximately 4 weeks. Started with a phone screen with the talent manager, then a series of 4 teams interviews with various roles. Then had a 2-3 hour on site interview with the hiring manager including site tour

In this case they were using an outside reccruitment agency. Applied online via their services then original contact happened 4 days later via email/phone. Initial conversation was a phone interview followed by an in person interview with HR and Engineering manager. Second interview included going over your work portfolio and answering basic questions in a presentation format to about 8 people. They were very courteous and knowledgable.
