The process was well-structured and transparent. I completed an initial recruiter screen, followed by a panel interview with sales leadership, and finally a role-play presentation. Communication was clear and timelines were respected throughout.

The interview process started with AI before moving on to a human-led stage. Overall, it was handled well, with clear and timely communication throughout. However, beginning with AI didn’t feel like the most personal or engaging way to start the process, and I think a human touch earlier on would have improved the candidate experience.
