Salesflo interview questions

I was asked in general about the pain points of CPG. Was expected to show knowledge of the problems that FMCG companies face, and how these problems can be translated into product solutions. Lots of team collaboration questions i.e., if there are two competing objectives, how do you prioritize, etc.

Fairly comprehensive where it went as follows: 1) Test 2) 1st Interview 3) Case Study 4) Final Interview This was fulfilled after which I got the offer on the same day
