Question 1
What was your challenge in your last position? ? How Did You Manage Them?
It was a 20 min interview and it was fairly easy with questions asked around previous experience and knowledge of softwares. There was a panel of three people who took the interview. It is basically one of the directors accompanied by the upper management.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Salhan Accountants (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
1st stage phone interview. Final interview with the directors.
They did not discuss anything about a salary during the process but I was offered the job, despite the fact that one of them told me off because I didn't remember the all the names of the accreditation titles of the company! Nevertheless, when I said I would be happy to work with them, if we discuss the salary (which proven to be ridiculously low for a person holding a Master' s degree except the BA-I didn't say that of course) they responded by just withdrawing the offer. I found that rude and totally unprofessional. At least my reasonable question unveiled their character quickly.

Question 1
The face to face interview lasted about an hour. I was asked about personal strengths, situational behaviour etc. Reasonable questions and some more personal (However, I do not know if I should have answered them then). Initially reasonable behaviour. In times one of them looked like a boss already. I find it negative to try to stress out your interviewee and not treat them as an equal person that you need for a win-win situation.
