Extremely thorough. 4+ rounds of interviews with multiple people to make sure there's a fit not only with the individual role, but with collaborating teams too. "Rigorous" is an apt word. Appreciated getting to meet so many people in the process. That helped get a sense for what the day-to-day working culture would feel like.
