Sanctus has one of the most thorough and human-centric interview processes I've experienced. From the first email, through to the final acceptance, they were transparent, communicative, empathic and very thorough. The interview process was conducted in 3 stages: 1. A group-assessment, where coaches worked through case studies. 2. 1-to-1 coaching session, which wasn't a mock-session: we were coaching the client on a real topic, allowing me to demonstrate my coaching skills in an authentic way. 3. A feedback interview, where some of my growing edges were highlighted. During onboarding, I was also trained on how to support at-risk clients, which means I feel a lot more prepared how to support and sign-post, should a coaching client show up with mental health related challenges. They also offer feedback to candidates who didn't make it through, giving them very useful feedback on what they can work on in their coaching skills. Overall, it was a high-quality coaching experience, and you could feel the love and care poured into the process: not like the typical corporate machines where you are treated more like a number.
