Sanfe interview questions

A couple of interviews, held by both founder's one after other. The interview with Archit was more casual, but more on the lines of probing the intellectual capability by looking at logical reasoning via puzzles and situational analysis The interview with Harry was a little bit based on behavioural aspects, none of them asked Operations based questions since that it would be a first for me to work in the field

There were many calls from various people. All telephonic rounds. There were no calendar invites sent, they just called me whenever they wanted. One guy called me at 10 pm but i refused to talk at that time and asked that he call me again tomorrow. He agreed but did not call. They didn’t have the courtesy either to follow up or even inform me. I messaged them but the founders started avoiding my messages, hence i realised i have been rejected. I sent a final email copying everyone in cc. I received a standard reply saying they will not go ahead. Overall, it was a messy experience. I had decided that i will not join unless they give me a crazy hike, but i was rejected anyways so it turned out best for both the parties.
