Interview
A basic meet and greet to check if you are fitting in with rest of the crew. Asked a few standard interview questions for cooks like, can you lift, mind washing dishes, experiences working in teams etc.
Ask some questions based on your resume like the reason why you chose this job based on personal experience, describe yourself like strength and weakness. And make a short brief about the goal of the position.
It was not difficult. You will be asked simple questions like your availability and your status in Canada, who referred you, do you like cooking, do you have experience working in the kitchen or restaurant before.
Go to a coffee shop and do an interview. Very casual, easy questions. Manager was very nice and trying to help international students. Ask availability, ask visa status, ask to submit documents if hired
