Interview
The interview was in person (or via Zoom, depending on location). It lasted about 15–20 minutes and was conducted by a volunteer coordinator.

Super chill and the interviewer is really kind and just wants to get to know you. They mainly just care if you're a good person and willing to learn how to be a good volunteer.
