Interview was online with a panel of 3 people. 1 HR person and department managers. 2 weeks after the interview i was told to go do finger print test and sent a list of references.

Scenario based questions. like "tell me about a time...?" They read from a script, very mundane, very scripted the questions don't give them an opportunity to get to know you
