The interview process involved HR and the upper management. The interview did not include very technical questions. They asked me also about my career goals and they were keen on learning why I wanted to join the company. The interviewers were concise and replied to all of my questions regarding trainings and career path.

Online interviews: very swift and effective - three stages - initial online timed SQL tests (0,5 hr), COO interview (1hr), CTO and team leads technical interview session (2,5 hrs), CEO final interview (0,5hr) --> job offer!
