After applying online, received an email asking to schedule an interview with hiring manager. It's a remote role, conversation with hiring manager went so good. Within a week, I was asked to talk with a panel of 6 people and again with hiring manager for the second time. All the interviews went well as scheduled, team seemed to really have a sense of what they're doing and I was told I'll have an update within a week. Two weeks went by and no update, when I reached out to THE HR after couple of days, I received a generic rejection email.
During my interview one of the executive boasted so much about culture. Make sure this culture really exists in your company and respect people's time, effort.
