Zoom call, people were friendly but couldn’t give a ton of information as position was fairly new and there would be multiple interviews with higher ups if you made it through next round.
I applied online. I interviewed at Save the Sound in Jan 2021
Interview
It was an overall positive experience. The interview format was a video interview with a 3 person panel. I think the interview was between 30-45 minutes. They were friendly and easy to connect with. Asked some thought-provoking questions, but overall straightfoward.

Question 1
Talk about a watershed you're familiar with - the issues it faces and what action has been taken to resolve them
I had two in person interviews and they went very well, the staff was so nice. They ultimately offered the job to someone else, but I understood why. While I manage grants in my current position, it was not at the level they were looking for.
