      Interview

      First start with a Phone call, Then they ask you to give several representations on selected courses. Their team would evaluate your teaching skills and make further decisions. You have a list of courses and detailed materials to prepare. The test presentation will last 20-30 mins with 2-3 persons from the area/university to review.
