Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward, with a clearly defined challenge that was manageable within the one-hour timeframe. The expectations were clear, and the structure of the session made it easy to focus on the task at hand.
However, the lack of any follow-up communication afterward was disappointing. Even a brief update or rejection email would have been appreciated, as it reflects basic professional courtesy and respect for a candidate’s time and effort. The absence of any response ultimately left the impression that the process was not handled as professionally as it could have been.
