2 rounds of interviews, lasts about a week or 2. They asked mostly behavioural questions and a couple scenario based questions. For example, two residents are having an argument, what would you do in that situation? Or, a resident has fallen, what would be your plan of action? They also ask the general background stuff, work experience and education if applicable.
