Kind of chaotic interview process.
1st round - 20mn call w/ CEO. Talk about the agency, talk about your resume, classic interview. A little cold but OK. Been told that I will go to next round which is a little test.
No news for about 2 weeks. 2 weeks after, received an email telling me that I have to book a meeting with someone in the team for a technical interview.
After this, finally received the test. Cognitive test that was honestly really hard (and not related to a CRM position).
Been told after the test that I should cancel the meeting with the team member since I've not passed the test and that I can go through it once again in 6 month.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Schmack (London, England)
Interview
Application was submitted through LinkedIn. I then received an invite for a initial first stage telephone call. The call went well and I had the impression that I would be selected for second stage. I then got a auto rejection from LinkedIn which was surprising.
