Schneider Downs & Co. interview questions

The process was efficient. I met with a recruiter from an office at a different location, she helped me set up meeting times with an audit manager and shareholder. Each interview lasted 30 minutes and I received a phone call the next day.

The interview process is very informational and a friendly environment. Schneider Downs makes it very easy to do virtual interviews and gives options to get to know a handful of employers, whether that be the recruiter, managers and/or shareholders, and even newer and younger employers who can give a different perspective on their own interview process and time with the company.
