Interview
Beware! This company uses an interview testing tool which asks for permission to your camera, microphone to watch, hear and take snapshots of you during the test. This is incredibly invasive and should give you an idea of what their culture is like. I have no idea where that data went (pictures of me).
Also the test is a bit like school, if you don’t finish in 50 minutes, that’s it. You get around 70 questions to answer in 50 minutes while being monitored. The questions are absolutely ridiculous. Some are easy but others are logical problems that require more than 1 min each to read, understand and find a solution. If I were you I would take this as what it is, a major red flag.
