I applied in-person. I interviewed at Scorewarrior (Limassol, Limassol) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was unnecessarily long. The main interview lasted nearly two hours, which felt excessive and inefficient.
Initially, the role was described by HR with a specific focus, and based on that, the interview itself seemed to go well. However, the final feedback indicated that the team was actually looking for something different. This mismatch made the whole process feel misaligned and confusing.
Overall, the process gave the impression of a lack of alignment between HR and the hiring team, as well as insufficient preparation. It would significantly benefit from clearer role definition and more respect for candidates’ time.

The process was well-structured and very efficient, consisting of several clearly defined steps. As part of it, I completed a test task on a voluntary basis, and within a week I received feedback.
