A very casual and chilled phone interview- asked about knowledge on the building services industry and asked about CV. Interviewers are open to questions and providing further knowledge. Lasted around 30 minutes

Initial Microsoft teams interview lasting approximately 1 hour. Mixture of competency and experience based questions, as well as the opportunity for the candidate to ask questions about the role, company etc... Second in person interview at HQ offices.
