Interview
A three hour assessment day. First we sat at tables with a couple of other candidates and a store manager. Had a chat, looked at stuff about Screwfix, had to do a presentation in groups of four and then listen to an HR woman talk about the company. Then one to one interview for about five minutes or so. Got a call 2 weeks later offering me a part time role even though I had applied for full time.
