Interview
Group interview. Overview of the company to begin with and introductions, then split into 3 groups. Given activities to do (create a board game, answer scenario questions and the actual interview). Interview was brief, general interview questions asked.
Was very friendly, relatively typical interview questions, very informative about the next steps and they give you a chance to look around the warehouse and see if the job would fit you

Very scenario based questions. If you have experience then reflect on times where you had difficulty and how you dealt with those issue(s). If you haven't had experience then maybe speak about school or college.
Consisted of initial application with CV followed by one in-person interview where the interviewers asked general questions such as 'Could you name a time where you overcame a challenge?'. Overall, interview was fairly relaxed and I feel the verdict was based more on whether I would be a good fit with the team than my experiences.
