Great questions seems like they are looking for good character morals values kindness. They structure their interview in 3 parts you meet with CEO COO and General Manager. It was very well put together they had a conference room where I filled out application with plenty of water and C snacks someone even asked me if I wanted coffee.. seems really down to earth
