SeatPlan interview questions

I applied and completed a first-stage interview, followed by an intensive second-stage interview. The latter required a full presentation and took up all my weekend to complete (they didn't pay me for that, of course). After that I was told they'd be in touch after Christmas with the role as a freelancing opportunity. It was advertised as full-time when I applied. However, after all that they just ghosted me. So that was that. It comes across they didn't know what to do with this role and they wasted a significant amount of my time. And the ghosting is not at all appreciated, I can assure you. Other candidates, be wary of this.
