Interview
Misleading Process – Four Rounds of Interviews and an Informal Offer, Only to Be Ghosted by Leadership.
I went through four rounds of interviews and was verbally offered the role, Only for the company to suddenly pull the plug at the very last moment — before issuing the contract — claiming they were now “reassessing hiring needs.”
At no point during the lengthy process did anyone mention this uncertainty. They let me invest significant time and energy into preparing, interviewing, and even negotiating next steps. The hiring manager and team were enthusiastic, and I was led to believe the offer was a formality. Then, days later, I received a vague message apologizing for the delay and informing me that the role was being put on indefinite hold. Apparently, “leadership had changed their mind.”
If you’re considering applying here, just know: even an offer doesn’t mean anything if leadership is this indecisive. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and while the tone of the message was apologetic, the lack of professionalism and transparency was telling.
Would not recommend going through this process unless you're happy to have your time wasted and your expectations managed poorly.
It was first a phone call then a technical portion. The technical part was simple coding questions with CSS and HTML. The interviewer was very nice. The process was very quick.

Applied online via their website. Then met a TA rep via zoom, and then the hiring manager. Got a good impression overall. They were transparent with the process from their side.
