Very easygoing, lovely environment. Very calm and made me feel at ease. Only 10 questions to answer and i found it very relaxed. Asked questions about relevant experience and how you treat staff and give support.
Competency based questions focusing on real life scenarios.
On average the process from interview to job offer took about a month. Garda clearance can also add some time into this.
