Decent interview process, but too longer than expected to get a position that I was looking forward to. The questions were super basic and I expected more detailed questions asked.

The process was good. It was conversational and was able to connect. Then I followed up with questions of my own about the process and the organization. The overall process was good
HR Interview first, and after that i was contacted by manager to discuss further job description. Good interview and i like what they are doing, hope to become part of it.

As a self employed person you are not necessarily interviewing but pitching your services to prospective clients. Overall an intimidating process, but hopeful that it will lead to some promising opportunities with flexibility.
