it was a 2 part process, took about 1 month . the one in the main building midway you got a tour, introduced to all the staff, interviewed with the ED and Regional Director basic interview questions, and then the next interview with the big top people which was downtown chicago, met with a few people who were not even from illinois but asked basic marketing questions,

Recruiter called, interviewed with her, then the executive director, then the regional sales people. After the regional interview, the recruiter called me back and offered me the job about 40 minutes after the interview.

Two in person interviews with Executive Director, phone interview with Regional Director of Sales, online assessment. Interview process was pretty easy. They did not go very in-depth. Seems like they just needed a warm body to fill the position.
