I had to go through two interviews, one of which was a phone interview . Phone interviews are a good screening tool but should not be used as one of the main interviews. Overall the interview process was sufficient, but the hiring process took forever from start to finish.

Interview
Had 1 initial interview, followed by a phone interview. I came in for the paperwork and start initial hiring paper work then came in for final interview with ED.
