I received two phone call interviews since I am not living in state until end of my service and got offered a position within a week of completing both phone interviews. I was happy that they are willing to work with me even though I am not in area until my enlistment ends in 3 weeks!

Interview
The interview process was a brief phone call and once the interview was set, meeting with a group of charge nurses where they all ask you a few questions. They were mostly scenario questions like how would you react with angry patients and de-escalating a situation. They also asked how would you prioritize tasks during busier times or when urgent orders are placed.

Filled out app on a Thursday and received my 1st email Friday. They are just rolling in slowly for interviews. Have one phone interview and one recorded. I have not done it as yet.

Interview
Process took about a week. I interviewed on a Tuesday, and received an offer the following Monday. After my interview I set up a shift to "shadow" the unit for a couple hours to stand out more.
