Basically they will start of by asking you to describe yourself in a few words. They want to hear good traits that’s pertaining to the position you are applying for. Then have this form that they go by and ask you in their own words and will rate you depending on how you answer these questions.

Hiring manager, then a panel interview with two equal counterparts, the IT program manager, the team lead, a direct report, and a supervisor. Focused on leadership questioning and what if scenarios.
