Friendly, lots of question and hypothetical situations in regards to customer service. Makeup portfolio was appreciated. Focus is on product knowledge and friendliness. Asked about retail background, what trainings I would be interested in. Also how hard I am willing to work to move up into a management position. Also my timeline I expect to management.

To be hired at sephora, you must show passion for the beauty industry and want to help clients. To work there you must be at least 18 years of age and fill out an application and bring it into the store. There is an interview process that can be with just a hiring manager or with several other candidates.
