The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora
Interview
The first interview was a basic phone interview to see if I could work the hours required. Then I was called in for a group interview. The final interview was with two different managers and they offered me the position on the spot.

Question 1
If a client just bought a really expensive product and broke it before they even left the store, what would you do?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sephora in Nov 2013
Interview
My situation was very different than normal Sephora interviews. My Sephora was hiring for seasonal and I missed the opportunity because their group interviews were always on the days I had school. I have a friend who works there, and she knew that I was really interested in Sephora. After Sephora had hired all their seasonals, apparently something happened where they only needed one more seasonal employee. My friend had apparently recommended me, and they already had my application on file. I got a call from the manager telling me that they had 1 position open, and that I had an interview if I wanted. I was extremely happy because Sephora was/is my dream job.
Like I said, they only needed one person, so luckily I was able to not have to do a group interview. But, I have heard that Sephora group interviews aren't too intimidating anyways. After the interview she told me she just had to call my references, and that she would be in touch. The next morning I got an email from Sephora saying that I got the job and telling me how to fill out all of the paperwork needed to start.
All the managers were so nice and helpful through out my interview and training process. Although I only worked with the store seasonally, I was extremely happy that I got the chance to do so. Sephora is a great company, and a company that I hope to work for again someday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Many questions about customer service and my views on it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online and two weeks later was called for interview. Remember to dress in black professionally. As I got there I noticed it would be a group interview around seven of us. The two lady's who interviewed us were quite nice. One was mainly talking as the other wrote down on a paper as we answered questions. The whole process took about 45 minutes. They said if you got a call you would get a second one on one interview. And straight forward said if you got a email you weren't what they were looking for. I had got neither.

Interview
After sending in my resume, I received an email that from the hiring manager that she would like to interview me. I participated in a group interview with 3 other potential hires. The setting was casual but still felt like an interview. After about a week, I received an email from the hiring manager offering me a seasonal position. The entire process took about two weeks.
