Interview
They ask you generic questions about times you have had to make a negative in to a positive, deal with difficult clients in a past job, etc. I had 2 interviews, I believe, so I am not sure what took so long.

Tell me about a time when you were out of stock on a product a client wanted; what did you do?
Easy and and in person. Spoke about previous experience and had an over the phone screening and then the in person interview in a group setting. Great experience and would recommend working for this company.

They asked how fast can I complete an elaborate makeup look, They asked about inclusion, product knowledge and all the things that go with the retail world such as can you work weekends, nights, holidays etc
