Sephora ASM- Assistant Store Manager interview questions

If they are interested in your application, the store manager will call you for a phone screen. They will ask a series of questions like availabilty, and why you want to work for Sephora. If they would like to move forward for a first interview, then you will have an in person interview with the store manager. After that, then you will meet via phone or video chat with the District manager.
