A phone call with the head of the team, then a phone call with the CEO. Great opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for the company. A phone call with the head of the team, then a phone call with the CEO. Great opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Seraph Science (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward:
1. A telephone interview with the head of operations, discussing my CV and motivations
2. A one on one meeting with the CEO, discussing my competencies and testing my knowledge of the company and what they do, as they are a bespoke C-suite marketing company
3. An "Open Afternoon" (there were 2 of us), where we met the team and were given a written task to complete within the hour
4. Drinks with the team
5. A final telephone call with the CEO to address any final concerns and motivations
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, it felt more like informal chats than an interview.
