I received an email prompting me to schedule an interview with a recruiter. The interview was virtual and it went well. I was told that she would email me with whether or not I will be proceeding in the interview process within the next business day. I was actually really excited. Received no email. Followed up a few days later, nothing. Followed up a week or two later, nothing. Eventually accepted that I got ghosted, until a month later I got the exact same email I got at the very beginning asking me to schedule an interview. I replied asking if this was a mistake, as I already interviewed for that position. Got ignored once again. So yeah, absolute waste of my time. This was back in June, and I am still seeing the same job listing with a slightly different name (i.e. Outpatient Support Technician) every time I job search. In fact, there were multiple listings of the same position with a slightly different name at the same time period I was interviewing and I asked the recruiter if they are the same thing, and she said yes. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re posting ghost jobs.
